Mira Fioramore is a self-taught home cook that was diagnosed with PCOS, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, in 2011.  Changing her diet to a low carb, gluten-free and sugar-free one was the only way to reverse diabetes and completely heal her PCOS symptoms.

I started eating gluten-free and sugar-free in early 2015 and have lost around 95lbs/40kg so far.  Eating 0-40g net carbs per day has helped me regain my monthly periods (every 30 days since Jan 2015), and ovulate every month.  On top of that, I have no more cysts on my ovaries, no longer diabetic, have completely normal female and male hormones, decreased to no hirsutism and feel so much better in my own body.
